Whereas the Blackberry is the dominant smartphone in Jamaica, and whereas Blackberry Messenger is a popular messaging application in said country, resulting in frequent misuse and abuse; and whereas users frequently complain about the misuse by other users; be it resolved that we adopt the following laws to govern the use of the aforementioned messaging application; and be it further resolved that breaches of these laws will result in permanent deletion.
